4 oz OJ concentrate, thawed
2 Tbsp+ Brown sugar

Mash peaches with potato masher. Put in saucepan. Add OJ concentrate and sugar, combine.

In separate bowl mix:

Bring peach mixture to boil. Add into peach mixture (in a small stream) water/constarch mix. Stir continually. Turn heat down and stir till thickens. Sprinkle with cloves and cinnamon (start with 1/2 tsp each and go from there).

Slip off the skins, cut potatoes into rounds and transfer to a large bowl. Add butter. Smash the potatoes with potato masher or fork until fluffy, but some lumps remain. Add syrup and spices. Stir to combine and enjoy.

1 c heavy whipping cream

Rinse cranberries, drain & dry completely. Blend in blender (there can still be some pieces that aren't blended completely). Combine cranberries with marshmallows and sugar in a large airtight container. Place in refrigerator overnight (this helps to take the bitter out of the berries.)

The next day: Whip cream until stiff, add a little powdered sugar and vanilla to sweeten. Combine all ing. and serve
