Cranberry Salad

Start recipe the night prior to serving...

1 pkg cranberries (pick out soft/bad ones)
3/4 c sugar
3 c mini marshmallows
2 c unpeeled Gala apples, chopped
3/4 c red grapes, cut in half
1/2 c walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 c heavy whipping cream
powdered sugar
vanilla

Rinse cranberries, drain & dry completely. Blend in blender (there can still be some pieces that aren't blended completely). Combine cranberries with marshmallows and sugar in a large airtight container. Place in refrigerator overnight (this helps to take the bitter out of the berries.)

The next day: Whip cream until stiff, add a little powdered sugar and vanilla to sweeten. Combine all ing. and serve
