Peanut Butter Popcorn

1 c. white or brown sugar (both are great)
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c un-popped kernels

Pop kernals, set aside. Mix sugar, syrup and peanut butter together and bring to boil over med heat--stirring constantly. Pour over popcorn and mix well.
