This popcorn is fantastic if you need a little something sweet. For me, I love the sprinkle of salt on it, but feel free to omit it, it didn't call for it is the original recipe.
8 c. popped popcorn (1/2 c. un-popped kernels)
1 c white chocolate pieces or chips
2 c. marshmallows
1/4 c. butter
Combine the chocolate and marshmallows in a pot over med heat. Stir until melted being careful not to overcook. Pour over popcorn, sprinkle with a little salt and stir until coated.
