1 1/2 tsp salt
2 med carrots, grated
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine and Cover completely with:
5-6 c water and 5-6 bullion cubes (or equivilent in granuals)

Boil until potatoes are done. In separate pan, melt:
1/2 cup butter and stir in
1/3 c flour. Boil for 1 minute.

Add butter/flour mixture to potatoes, heat till thickened.

Add: 1-2 c milk- make it the consistency that you like for your soup. Warm the soup up to serving temperature. Do not overcook.
