Molten Chocolate Cakes

This is a birthday favorite at our house. It is also a wonderful dessert to have with company--great presentation, fairly easy, and so good!
4 squares Baker's semi-sweer baking chocolate (or 1/2 bag choc. chips-we prefer the squares)
1/2 c butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 Tbsp flour
cool whip or icecream to garnish

Preheat oven to 425. Butter 4 custard cups or souffle dishes. Place on baking sheet. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large microwavable bowl on HIGH for 1 min. (or until butter is mostly melted). Stir with wisk until chocolate is completely melted (do not over-heat). Stir in sugar until well blended. Wisk in eggs and yolks. Stir in flour. Pour into prepared cups.

Bake until sides are firm, but centers are soft (about 13-14 min). Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Top with ice cream or cool whip...enjoy! (You can try to invert as well...FYI sometimes they don't come out too perfectly, so I enjoy mine in the ramekins :)
